Roman Catholic Bishops of Northern dioceses wrote to the Prime Minister to express concern about the decision of the First Ministers to eliminate Part II (section 34) of the Constitution package calling for the recognition and affirmation of the Aboriginal and treaty rights of Native Peoples in the Constitution.
